This is a hand carved Gold Sheen Obsidian free form. It was actually carved my the Miner who owns and mines this shimmering volcanic glass. The workmanship is elegant and beautifully done. As the light catches this carving, you can see the Gold shimmer that covers the surface. This piece is similar to a cabochon with a flat back so it could be set into jewelry or wire wrapped.
