Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

The Hands of Spirit Payment Plan is being offered to you with no interest or fees, if all payments are received on or before their due dates. To assist our clients, payments are due once a month, rather than every two weeks (as is often found in other Payment Plans). Please read this Policy carefully so you fully understand to what you are agreeing.

1. We use PayPal to invoice for Hands of Spirit Payment Plans.
2. The maximum amount of layaways allowed at any time is 2.
3. To qualify for a Payment Plan, your product total must be $400 or greater.
4. We require 25% down within 24 hours of the invoice being sent, and 25% for each of the next 3 months.
5. Payment Plans can be paid off before their due dates. To do this, contact Mirabai on Instagram in a DM.
6. After the 1^st payment is made, you will receive a detailed invoice from info@handsofspirit.com ONLY for your records. DO NOT PAY ON THIS INVOICE.  If you do, and you want us to refund you, you will incur a 5% processing fee.
7. Insufficient payment on any installment is not allowed. Payments must be made in full, on or before the due date to avoid a $15 late fee.
8. Please ONLY make the 4 payments on your payment plan (or less if you are paying it off sooner). Do not send partial payments, multiple times a month. If multiple credit cards are needed to make your quarterly payment, please do this at one time, on or before the due date.
9. Payment due dates will be set on the 1^st or 15^th of each month, depending on the the dates of the Live Sale dates. This will make it easier for you to remember the date on which to send your payment.
10. On the due date, you will receive a reminder invoice from PayPal.
11. You will also receive a reminder invoice from PayPal 1 day after the due date, if the payment has not been received.
12. Clients will receive a 2-day grace period to make their full payment after the original due date.
13. If payment is not received within 2 days of the due date, a $15 late fee will be added to the order and must be paid in full, with that late payment, to be in good standing with your Payment Plan.
14. If the payment and the late fee are not paid within 10 days of the initial due date of that 25% installment, the product will be put back into stock, and you will not be able to purchase from Hands of Spirit on future Live Sales. Your Instagram account will also be blocked, and reported to a group of hundreds of other Crystal Shops on IG, who block non-payers.
15. Any payment that has been made on the Payment Plan is non-refundable.
16. If there is a real hardship, please contact us BEFORE YOUR PAYMENT IS DUE so we can adjust on a case-by-case basis. If you contact us after the payment is due and grace period, the late fee will be applied NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES.
