As I said when you called today - your intuition is, as always, right on the money. I find that I am present . . . with feeling whatever comes. Being present is much less painful than what I have done in the past. I think I am still running on a bit of adrenaline - there are so many things to do, but I am trying to do what is right when the time comes and am so far successful in not pushing ahead too soon or pulling back too quick. Make sense? My goal is to just feel what I feel when it comes and to take care of myself during the process. . . . I think that I have much less fear to feel than in the past. And I do recognize what a gift that has been. It is a very different and new experience to be OK with being authentic and to be . . . authentic with my in-authenticity. . . . I just wanted to write and thank you so much for yesterday. I was out taking my walk this morning and I can definitely feel some good shifts in my being. I even paid attention to my feet walking in my sneakers and how the ground felt through them. Also, is this even possible? I talked to (the person we worked with in my session) by phone this morning and already I swear there is a shift in how we deal with each other. THAT is a blessing. I hope it continues to develop. That amazing session yesterday - it was one of the best I have ever received. I feel different today. The work you did is "sticking" well - feel much more present & "embodied" and calm. I realized after our meeting how much pressure I put on expressing "myself" by identifying with/seeking a cause, archetype or virtue/vice that became an ox-goad for attainment i.e.: approval from parent - God. Dear Karen,

 We've know each other for a wonderfully long time.  I've taken your workshops and treasure you, your presence  and your knowledge about crystals and healing.  And I don't tell you often enough how much I value our friendship and the inner work we have been doing these past years.  

 I can't say enough about the self mastery and crystal healing work you do; IT IS PROFOUND.  The integrity you hold in life and in your healing work is beautiful and inspiring; the support you graciously and freely give humbles me deeply.  I remember  driving to Denver about 5 years ago when my inner voice kept telling me to call you to set up a crystal healing session with you.  That little voice was relentless and acting on that guidance was the most important thing I have done to date.  

 After decades of searching for answers to patterns, emotions, fears, etc that have shown up in life that crystal healing session was the break through I needed.  You have been a source for healing, increased awareness, advanced education in life and have gifted me with tools allowing me to help myself.  This is so important to me; to be able to help and heal myself.  

 What you do, Karen, needs to be brought into and taught in schools.  The tools you have created enabling us to communicate with ourselves and getting at information not easily accessed are life changing.  With the healing of patterns, pain, emotions and what you have taught me through these years is allowing me to not just change my life but to actually live my life with more freedom.  My soul is forever grateful.

 I am realizing two of my life goals, Karen: to know who I am and to be free.  Yes, there's more to do and I can honestly say I can look forward to it .   I have come a long, long way and I have a deep abiding love for you.  You are so special to me as I know you are to all those you teach and help.  What a gift you are to us and the planet.  Thank you!
