Spring Green Heliodor Meditation

Awakening your personal power to enable the ability to communicate your Truth.

1.   Hold your cleansed Heliodor at your solar plexus (slightly below where your ribs make an inverted “V”). If the heliodor has a termination point it upward, intending to activate your crown chakra as well.

2.   Rest into your body, by feeling the contact point between your hands, the stone, and your solar plexus. Allow for you solar plexus to link with your crown chakra and feel your power build within your solar plexus.

3.   Now, allow this energy to move up to your throat chakra and feel empowered to communicate your truth at a higher level.

4.   Here are some examples:

a.   If you have the need to “vent”, express your feelings out loud in a private space. Feel the glow from the heliodor, having opened your crown chakra, support you as you release.

b.   Use your new power calmly and responsibly to communicate feelings that you choose to express to family, friends, co-workers, etc.

c.   Go outside and use this power to express to all of humanity, your hopes for a continual display of respect, kindness, and love to our Earth and all her creatures.
