1. Chalcedony Balancing for Body, Mind, Emotions & Spirit Meditation
a. Check in with yourself to see what you are feeling on any and all levels.
b. Place a stone at the top of your head, one in each hand and one at the root chakra. For example, Karen selected the lavender chalcedony at the crown, the blue chalcedony in the left hand, the Wedgewood in the right hand and the pink at the root chakra.
c. Breath, relax, and remind yourself that you are in a nurturing space. Set your intention to balance your BMES. Stay in the array for as long as you choose. Even 5 minutes is good.
d. Check in again to see how you are feeling and notice if there are any differences on any and all levels.
2. Chalcedony Emotional Release Meditation
Provides a nurturing energy to alleviate hostilities, irritability and melancholy
a. Check in with yourself to see what you are feeling on an emotional level.
b. Notice in your body where you are feeling any emotion blockages stemming from hostility, irritability and melancholy. Place the stones upon the blockages that you feel in your body. If desired, you can place more than one stone in each area. For example, if you are feeling these feelings in your chest, you can place them in the center or across the chest, etc.
c. Breath, relax, and feel the nurturing that is present. Set your intention to release any and all anger, frustration, sadness and grief. Stay in the array for as long as you choose. Even 5 minutes is good.
d. Check in again to see how you are feeling and notice if there are any differences on any and all levels.
3. Self Enhancement Meditation
Chalcedony has a nurturing energy and enhances receptivity, responsiveness and, generosity.
a. To be done after Meditation 1 or 2 above. Check in with yourself to see what you are feeling on any and all levels.
b. Place stones at the solar plexus, heart, the high heart and throat chakras.
c. Breath, relax, and remind yourself that you are in a nurturing space. Set your intention to open your heart and feel the “oneness among all” that Chalcedony provides. Check in to see if you are willing and able to give of yourself. As you open to the support of these stones, feel your sensitivity, open heartedness, and love of All.
i. You can remember this energy and use it in the next situation or person it applies to.
ii. You can also send this magnanimous feeling out into the world.

4. Mental Stability Meditation
Chalcedony provides a nurturing energy that assists in curing varying forms of dementia, rectify senility, and increase mental stability.

b. Place one stone on your third eye, the lavender one for example, and the other three around your head.
c. Breath, relax, and remind yourself that you are in a nurturing space. During this time on this planet, most of us would appreciate an enhancement of our mental stability to balance the chaos around us. Set your intention to be mentally stable and balanced no matter the circumstances. Stay in the array for as long as you choose. Even 5 minutes is good.

Any of these can be used on yourself, another person, and even your animal friends.
