Live Sale instructions for Instagram? Here's all you need to know!

Instagram Live Sales @handsofspirit


1. If you don't have an Instagram account, download the Instagram Application on your smart phone and set up an account. 
2. Once your account is set up, search for the @handsofspirit Instagram page and follow us. 
3. Hands of Spirit posts our upcoming Live Sale date in our bio on our Instagram page. 
4. The day before the Live Sale, Hands of Spirit will post a count down notification in our Stories that can be turned on as a reminder by our followers.
5. On the day of the Live Sale, Hands of Spirit will post the rules that are posted below, in our Stories as well.
6. To join when we go Live, you can go to our IG page and click on our logo. It should have a pulsating black ring around it. Once you click, you be joined into the Live Sale. 
7. You can also join our Live by going to your feed. Where the Stories are posted at the top, our logo should be one of the first Stories up, also with a black ring around it showing we are Live. Usually any account that is Live, is one of the first Stories posted. Click on it and you can join this way as well.
8. Once you have joined the Live, you can use the texting option to make claims, ask questions and leave comments.

Live Sale RULES:
Invoices will be sent from
Invoices are sent Monday after the Live, except for the Tucson LIVE Sale. Live items are not returnable. 
1. Message us immediately after the Live with:
 -Your email address
 -If you want insurance 
 -State we are shipping to
If we do not receive this info by 12pm the next day, your items will be put back. 
2. Comment code # to claim, ie: D23. 1st claim we see on OUR screen wins. 
3. ONCE CLAIMED, THE ITEM CANNOT BE PUT BACK/CHANGED.  This is a contract of trust between you and us. Those who don’t honor their claims will be blocked. 
4.  PAYMENT is DUE within 24 hrs of invoice being sent. We do not take pics of orders. 
5. Shipping start at $5.00 and goes up. 
International shipping welcome. 🌟

6. ❗️Special requests must be received  by 12pm MT the day after the LIVE Sale is completed❗️

7. We ship to the address associated w/ the invoice at checkout. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

8. Proxy claiming is allowed if both parties agree. 

9. Items show or advertised for the Live are not available for purchase prior to the Live.

Payment Plan policy for Hands of Spirit. 

Minimum product purchase amount to qualify for a Payment Plan is $200.
  • Invoices for a Payment Plan are sent Tuesday after the Live Sale. 
  • Only 2 layaways allowed at a time
  • We use PayPal for layaways
  •  You must let us know by 12 PM the Monday after the Live Sale if you would like a Layaway.
  • 25% down due within 24 hours of invoice being sent, 25% for the next 3 months.
  • Clients must read and follow the Terms & Conditions when they receive their Payment Plan Invoice.

Hi, is there any way to see/purchase the sale items before you go live on Friday?
